Charming south-facing chalet located in the hamlet of La Rua at the entrance to the village of Molines-en-Queyras, only a few steps from the centre (bakery, grocery store, tourist office, restaurants), and close to the ski area. Enjoy a large living room opening onto the terrace, authentic alpine decoration and complete comfort for winter and summer holidays. In the heart of the Queyras Regional Natural Park, the region offers an unspoilt mountain setting where nature and traditions meet. Here, each season has its charm. Winter under a white coat invites you to downhill or Nordic skiing, ski touring and snowshoeing. Summer opens up the hiking trails in flowery mountain pastures and grandiose panoramas or the mythical passes such as the Agnel or Izoard passes.
On the ground floor, you can enjoy a large, welcoming living room combining a lounge, dining room and open kitchen, with direct access to a larch terrace. The pellet stove and 65" OLED TV create the perfect cozy atmosphere after your days of hiking or skiing.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette and fondue sets, etc.) is designed for shared meals and gourmet moments.
Upon your arrival, everything is ready: beds made and towels provided.
The chalet has four comfortable bedrooms:
3 bedrooms with a 160x200 cm double bed and high-end Bultex mattress
1 bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children
For added comfort, you will find two bathrooms with walk-in showers, double sinks, a washing machine, and two separate toilets.
Hotel-style services: bed linen and towels included.
