This apartment, renovated in the early 2000s, is located in an old traditional Queyras house.
The house has retained its original character, with its old larch wood beams and a sundial that recalls the ravages of time, and the sudden cohabitation of wolves and lambs in our mountains... with a motto that has four meanings!
Located at Pierre-Grosse (1930m), on the road to Col Agnel (closed in winter) at 2744 m altitude, with a grandiose view of larch stands, the Aigue Agnelle torrent, alpine meadows and the surrounding majestic peaks.
The apartment offers all the comforts of a mountain vacation. Spacious living room, recent and well-maintained bedding, possibility of accommodating two extra people (sofa bed), fully-equipped kitchen behind a bar (dishwasher, 4-gas hob, microwave, water kettle, toaster, all kitchen utensils available). Bathroom with shower, two basins and washing machine. Separate WC. Centralized vacuuming. Underfloor heating and hot water included (no extra charge). Shared access with another apartment.
