Weekly rentals only (minimum 7 nights):
sunday to Sunday and Saturday to Saturday.
No short-term rentals.
Situated at an altitude of 1950 m, this is our family chalet, built of larch and entirely renovated in 2013. It enjoys a dominant position on the edge of the mountain pastures, and on the edge of the hamlet of Pierre Grosse, where you can go for a walk to admire the many 17th and 18th century "fustes", built of mèlèze and with a lauze roof, the starting point for numerous hikes.
Access road cleared of snow in winter, and special equipment is a must!
An 8-minute walk takes you to the ski lift at the bottom of the hamlet, and no more than that to the Molines-Saint-Véran ski resort by car or shuttle bus (stop 100 m away).
And for tele-workers and web addicts, the chalet is equipped with a 4G Box with unlimited internet! The chalet has 3 levels:
-under the roof: 2 cosy double bedrooms (1 large and 1 small)
-level 1: accessible by car (private parking in front of the chalet): entrance via the terrace (which runs along 3 sides of the chalet), with open-plan kitchen (Schmidt furniture), living room (with stone fireplace) and dining area, bathroom and separate toilet.
-ground floor: garden terrace, access on foot, 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (plus cot), Italian shower room, separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, ski room.
All very well equipped, insulated and heated, and decorated with great care.
Large West, South and East terraces with deckchairs and hammocks. Surrounding garden with lovely views of the hamlet and mountains...and no neighbours!
